Rude staff extremely rude manager needs to learn some customer service skills is in the total wrong job , rooms filthy dirty mould in the shower stains on bedding , food cold and got the whole food order wrong my daughter found a hair in her meal , would never stay here again worse stay in Blackpool in all the years I’ve stayed 😡😡

Was invited by my friends to attend on Christmas Day…what an amazing time we all had. The hotel was very clean and tidy.The staff went above and beyond for everyone of us, from young children to guests in wheelchairs….the food was top notch, the games and entertainment kept everyone in the right spirit and I would definitely recommend to anyone……DEFINITELY VISIT!!!!

We attended The Carousel yesterday for Christmas lunch—our 6th visit now at the 3pm sitting. Once again, everything was faultless: the staff, the food, and the entertainment were all outstanding. I had the prawn starter, beef main, and Christmas pudding, and every course was absolutely delicious. Our table was perfect and exactly where we had requested. We then went through to the main bar lounge and enjoyed the entertainment and bingo/raffle! A huge thank you to all the staff for their hard work—we’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Christmas Day Dinner – Extremely Disappointing 😡 I booked Christmas Day dinner for myself, my partner, my sister and my niece at a cost of £70 per person. This was a lot of hard-earned money for my family, and sadly our entire Christmas Day was completely ruined because of this experience. I strongly advise DO NOT book this event. NOISE LEVEL: From the moment we arrived, the noise level in the room was unbearable. It was so loud you couldn’t even have a basic conversation at the table. The room was clearly not suitable for this type of event or the number of people booked in. During the meal, a singer with a keyboard began performing shortly after the starters were served. The volume was completely inappropriate for a Christmas dinner setting, it was overwhelmingly loud, to the point where nobody could hear each other speak. My partner politely asked twice if the volume could be turned down, but this was ignored. To make matters worse, many of the songs weren’t even Christmas themed, which completely destroyed any festive atmosphere we were hoping for. TABLE SEATING: Our table was the only one placed on a long booth seating area, and we were not informed of this in advance. This made the experience feel even more uncomfortable and poorly planned. FOOD: This is the only positive I can give. The food was acceptable, and the staff themselves worked hard and were friendly. CONCLUSION: I am genuinely upset and disappointed by how badly this event was organised. We were not informed that non-residents would not be dining in the main function suite, and instead were placed in another room that was completely unsuitable for a Christmas Day dinner. I work away all year and booked this well in advance to ensure my family could enjoy a special Christmas Day together. Instead, we left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and upset that such an important day had been spoiled, especially after spending so much money. I would not recommend this event to anyone. Save your money, because you will almost certainly be disappointed.

Just back from a short stay here, originally booked for one night but extended. Great location just a short few steps to the tram stop. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great room with sea view and parking at the front on street. Hotel bit quiet so no Buffett breakfast we was able to order what we wanted all freshly cooked. Clean serviced room with ample bathroom . Tea and kettle in room.

We arrived at the hotel with another two couples to spend one night while visiting Blackpool. Check-in was advertised at 3 pm however we did arrive early and we were allowed to check in at around 1030 as our rooms were ready. We were given clear directions to our room, which were also well signed so did not have any problems finding them. On entering the room it was spotless and the heating was on which made it welcoming. The room was quite small, however you had everything you needed. You have a dressing table, plenty of storage a large wardrobe with a safe inside. You also had two bedside cabinets which each had a lamp on them, there is also a tv in your room. The bathroom again was small but was very clean and plenty of towels provided, a hairdryer was also available in the bottom of the wardrobe. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in the room. The bar area was well stocked with beverages and there is also plenty of seating. I would definitely include the breakfast with your stay as the food was piping hot and cooked perfect.I was surprised to see how busy the hotel was as we had to wait around 5 to 10 minutes at breakfast for a table to come free which wasn’t a problem. The staff at breakfast work so hard and clean the tables quick so guests are not waiting around too long at busy periods. Parking at the back of the hotel is very limited, however we did manage to get our cars parked outside the hotel at the front which was free. There is also plenty of parking on the main road however you do have to pay for this. The transport links from the hotel are excellent with a tram stop opposite at the glitter ball. Don’t worry, you do not hear the tram passing the hotel as it’s far enough away. Would I recommend friends and family to stay at this hotel then the answer would have to be a yes. Overall an excellent clean and good value for money hotel to stay at in Blackpool.
