This is an appalling hotel. I found the hotel receptionist really rude and unwelcoming. The check in time was so late with the room price so high. The manager said that parking was free, but upon arriving home I received a parking ticket for £120. The room was not clean and facilities were absolutely minimum. It was also cold. I was in Blaby for the funeral of a close member of the family. I cannot recommend in any way this hotel.

Front desk not managed, loud shouting and noises from staff at 2:30 am in the morning. We had to call the staff twice to investigate the noise. We was then awake for the rest of night as it took over a hour to reduce the noise down, then all we could hear was a fan or something keep going off from somewhere throughout the night. Mattress uncomfortable and springs protruding from the mattress. Staff very unhelpful, no towels when we arrived.

我们看了评论,像**一样满怀希望地以为这只是个别情况。当时是临时决定,我们需要找个地方安置我妈妈的叔叔。他已经84岁了。我们抱着试试看的态度选择了Oyo Blaby酒店。结果却大错特错。
凌晨三点,正值寒冬,他房间的暖气坏了。一位老人,孤身一人,又冷又饿,而且他付的房费里明明包含了暖气。他打电话给酒店反映情况,酒店却置之不理。
第二天早上,我们自己联系了酒店。所谓的经理非但没有道歉,甚至连最基本的职业素养都没有,反而变得咄咄逼人,提高嗓门,对我们破口大骂。当我冷静地指出我有法律背景,酒店有责任提供他们广告宣传和收费的服务时,他竟然挂断了我的电话。这不是威胁,这是事实。
请仔细想想。一位84岁的老客人一夜没暖气就离开了。这是合理的投诉。而酒店的回应却是敌意和挂断电话。
我还听说(虽然我无法独立证实),这家酒店收容的是一些由市政当局临时安置的弱势群体。如果这是真的,那后果将令人深感担忧。
想象一下,弱势群体没有暖气可用。想象一下,当你提出基本生活需求时,却被忽视,或者被当作麻烦而不是人对待。想象一下,这是你唯一的选择。
这家酒店不仅仅是管理不善,它对人的舒适和尊严漠不关心。评论并非夸大其词,而是警示。
不要入住这家酒店。不要为年迈的亲属预订。不要为任何弱势群体预订。有糟糕的酒店,但有些酒店根本就不应该营业。
我们对这次预订深感遗憾。请吸取我们的教训。

之前不同客人对酒店的评论都是假的,都是无业游民写的。
这是真实的评论。到达酒店后,停车和入住都很方便。工作人员很友好,为我们提供了酒店无线网络,并带我们去了房间。
房间走进来时看起来不错,但进一步检查后发现,房间不是很干净(提供图片),床头柜很脏,窗台也很脏,上面有死虫子,一张床上的床单/被套不是很干净。房间里到处都是蜘蛛网和蜘蛛,甚至有一张床上还有一只死蜘蛛,也不干净。浴室还可以,有一盏灯能亮,之前的客人把沐浴露留在了浴室里,不幸的是这里的工作人员没有收走。
总的来说,这里非常不卫生/不干净,但价格便宜,但最低限度是为客人提供一个干净的空间。不过,这个区域很安静,附近有很多地方,很可爱。希望这可以为未来的客人改善!

我在这里住了一晚,想短暂休息一下。酒店没有电梯,我拄着拐杖,穿着充气靴,却没有人帮我把房间搬到一楼。房间里没有空调,也没人租风扇。那天是一年中最热的一天。垫子上放着茶/咖啡。毛巾很脏。淋浴间和浴缸里的霉菌非常严重,出来后感觉会更脏。没有瓶装冷水,水龙头也出不了冷水。床边也没有塞子。酒店承诺全额退款,但现在已经是八月了,我还在等。服务和售后服务非常糟糕,令人失望。多花点钱住别家,你活该。
多次糟糕的体验
我在这里住过四次。
第一次入住时,Stu 没有溢水口,但房间潮湿且有异味。
第二次入住时房间还行,但没有窗帘,很难入睡。
第三次入住时没有热水。
我两次收到停车罚单,尽管我已经在前台登记了车辆。
我咨询后,罚单被取消了,但还是很紧张。
价格太高,物有所值。我刚给丈夫预订了格洛斯特的假日酒店,每晚 70 英镑,体验好多了。
