I’m pleased to hear that our housekeeping and bar staff left a positive impression with their friendliness and helpfulness. However, I regret the inconsistencies you experienced at the front desk and the issues with your suite. Please know that we are actively working on improvements. I’m excited to share that we have a full renovation planned for the hotel, set to be completed by October 2025. This will bring significant upgrades to our rooms, facilities, and overall guest experience. Regarding the late check-out concerns, we do our best to accommodate such requests whenever possible. However, late check-out can only be confirmed on the same day, as we need to ensure all arriving guests have their rooms ready on time. I understand this may not have been ideal, and I appreciate your understanding. Additionally, while we do not currently offer a “refresh room” option for after check-out, this is a great suggestion, and we will certainly consider it for the future. We also understand the challenges posed by the noise from the surrounding area, and we are exploring ways to mitigate its impact for our guests. Once again, thank you for your honest feedback.
