The room was comfortable. The carpet does need to be cleaned because it was quite dirty. The staff at the front desk during check-in was not friendly at all. Breakfast, the next morning was mediocre, and there was an employee managing the food who was consistently coughing and obviously sick who should have not been handling the food.

We have been here many times and hav enjoyed the stay. This time we stayed in the business suite with a king bed and I'm glad we did. The room had a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, fireplace, sleeper sofa, and 2 tables/desk with chairs. The bathroom looked recently updated, the room was worth the extra cost.

The parking area seemed just fine. The room was clean but older. The check-in staff was very friendly and I’m sure the breakfast will be fine although we haven’t eaten yet.

It was a nice visit. Easy to check in. Friendly staff. Clean room and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Nothing fancy but was enough.
酒店很不错。看得出来是老酒店改造的。大堂和早餐都很好。他们提供的热早餐真的很棒。带滑梯的室内泳池区对带孩子的家庭来说很不错。总的来说，我们对这次住宿很满意。
房间糟透了。其中一张床晃动得厉害，吱吱作响，感觉坐上去随时都会散架。翻身的时候也感觉床随时会塌陷。厕所整晚都在漏水。要不是因为赶着上路，我们早就退房走了，但又不想冒险，怕浪费时间找别的住处。退房的时候我跟工作人员说了，他们却一点儿也不在意。我绝对不会推荐这家酒店，甚至以后可能都不会再去其他同名的酒店了。非常失望。
办理入住时，接待人员态度很不礼貌。房间里的镜子非常脏，根本看不清，很不方便化妆。房间的灯光很暗，而且闪烁得很厉害。
员工和服务设施都很棒。我唯一的问题是床垫，如果更舒适一些，我会毫不犹豫地给五星好评。
干净，但算不上一尘不染。床很舒服，早餐种类也挺丰富。
