Perfect night stay
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. There were not many choices in this rural area but BW Liverpool was great! Nice friendly staff and very clean and quiet hotel.

It would have been better if the person check us in was NOT condescending when we asked about charging our vehicle while staying at the hotel. It’s not what she said but HOW she delivered the message. I find it distasteful and rude of her to be talking to hotel guest like that and she wasn’t even talking to me but to my husband.

You can hear everything. We were kept up all night by someone snoring in one of the other rooms. Nothing in the room to block out the noise except the AC, but that shuts off when temp reached, and then you’re freezing because you didn’t really want coolness just quiet. Went to the bathroom and you can hear everything, could hear full conversations from other rooms. Staff were cleaning before we even checked out, so while you’re trying to sleep after being kept up all night you’re listening to vacuums, people doing stuff in the halls, etc. Basically we paid a lot of money to sleep at a place we couldn’t even sleep at.
