Room was ok. I asked why the room was not cleaned they told me that they cleaned every 2 days and my day would be the next day. I told them I had been there 2 days and that I needed towels they then told me that they were short staffed and had no clean towels or wash clothes. Unacceptable.

Didn't use the pool but it looked fine, also there was a space to do barbecue. Room was clean, bathroom was clean.
Breakfast room is okay, you can eat there whatever you buy at walmart.

这家酒店糟透了。跟照片上完全不一样，他们只做最基本的服务，有时甚至更差。你很可能会在前台遇到罗比。他好几天都穿着同样的衣服，你站在前台等着他帮忙，他几乎不理你。好不容易你开口求助，他却只是含糊不清地问你想要什么。我们住了三晚，房卡好几次都打不开门。后来才知道，罗比每次只给我们配一晚的房卡，而不是整个入住期间的，这是晚班前台告诉我的。罗比看起来神志不清，好像喝醉了似的……我们退房的时候，罗比就站在外面玩手机，我们等了好几分钟，想看看他会不会抬头看看我们，但他没有，所以我只好出去叫他。早餐极其简陋，而且经常缺货，补货全靠罗比。他会戴着手套补充所有物品，但之后却用同一只手套摸遍所有门把手，而且还把食物容器的盖子敞开着。我们房间一次客房服务都没来过。有一天晚上7点半了，客房服务还在巡视。他们似乎人手严重不足。下雨的时候，门缝很大，雨水会漏进来。他们会提供香皂，既可以洗手也可以洗澡。
住宿还算可以，直到第二天晚上，一群在院子里闲逛的男人问我的女儿们（10岁和12岁）我们有没有**。
第一间房间很脏，工作人员态度很差。早餐与广告宣传的不符。房间里还有一些小问题需要解决，这些问题本可以修复。
前台那人态度非常恶劣！
房间干净整洁，但那人真的不适合待在酒店里。
地板非常脏，水槽也堵塞了，这让我怀疑现在是不是该换床单了。
