First of all my reservations were made the 7th of October for 24th and 25th October for my son's wedding. I reserved handicap bottom floor for my husband COPD. Can not walk up stairs. The man told me no rooms available on floor ground no king size non smoking. So, he had a double bed smoking on bottom floor so I said ok. So, we went and looked ac did not work and toliet was full of someone else waste 🙃 nasty. I went back to the check in and told him how nasty it was. I told him again I have had reservations since 7th. He's wife came out and i could not understand anything they were taking about. He gave me a king size non smoking handicap room finally. The room was nasty.

First room had roaches and a lot of wall damage and shower fawcet was loose in the wall. Not cleaned well. Second room we got after a night in the first room was better. Still not really clean but no roaches and less damage. The stairs and walk way were very dirty and trash like cigerettes laying all over.

Needs some remodeling look like someone was laying in bed before we got there and tv remote needed replace had trouble working it

Never again
We stayed for 4 nights they never cleaned room emptied trash refilled tv or swept floors. It was the worst stay thank God we stayed gone most of time. We had handicap room and the tubs are so slippery we both almost fell.

HORRIBLE
The room was filthy, black mold on ceiling, falling apart, zero room service for a 5 day stay and when I had to go get coffee, towels, etc, staff was unfriendly and rude.

1st Time Stay
My stay was fine, since I only stayed 1 night. I appreciate the facility being pet friendly and the parking was fine, the facility was also next to several eateries which was convenient. It however really needs updating examples; 1. Baseboarding was separated from the wall in a few areas, 2. The shower curtains need updating ( in my room) they were tattered and shower rod barely hanging on the wall, 3. I saw what looked to be mold in the ceiling of bathroom, 4. Bed linen needs updating. All in all they stay was still do-able for what I needed and maybe an option should I need a room quickly.

Furniture was broken and the lock on the door was damaged so yeah definitely wouldn't recommend it if you want to be safe
