However, walls are thin so ask for room upstairs for best sleep
They will charge $20 for late check out which I thought was crummy off season
But great value for the money

With the exception of the sticky bathroom floor the room was spotless. In the small floor area my socks and shoes stuck to the floor until I purposely lifted the leg. Rest of bathroom spotless. Plenty of linens, hand soap and tissues. Quiet even on Main St with lots of traffic. Plenty of rooms all on 2 floors.
The room was a little out-dated even though comfortable beds. You had full control of heat, cool and A/C as well as temperature and fan. Plenty of parking, There is easy acess to indoor ice machine, fresh water, vending machine. Also nearby is a heated pool and separate hot tub. Ther ois a large outdoor pool to use in hot weather.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Very clean and really appreciated the "quiet hours".
The only thing I could suggest is that for the downstairs rooms on the ends, maybe put a small curtain in the bathrooms. It wasn't an issue but if someone wax on the porch upstairs they can look directly down into the bathroom.

We are definitely going to stay here again. It did need some touch up but that's paint no biggie. The property was well maintained and the staff was very pleasant. I loved how many towels were already in the room and there was a nice spot to put our toiletries on. The price was also so reasonable. I very much loved coming back at night to the fire pit and the grills going.

The room was clean and well-appointed. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bedspread decoration was a nice touch. We LOVED the deck and the grassy area with picnic tables and a fire pit, too. We wish we had stayed at this hotel when our kids were young -- they would have loved to run around in the grass. Also, the receptionist at check-in suggested the most wonderful breakfast place -- The Keltic Kettle. Best breakfast I have ever had!

We would have rated this excellent all the way across except we had an unpleasant experience at check in.
We pre registered as they asked. When we arrived at 2:32 pm my husband went to check in only to be told we couldn’t check in til 3. Ok so we sat in our car and watched 3 other parties go in and come out with the map of the grounds and their keys..?? Hmmm
So we decided at 2:57 to try and once again check in.. the fella that told my husband no early check-ins was no longer there.. the gal that was, was pleasant enough she gave us many excuses as to why we were told this. As she was trying to come up with excuses the fella that had talked to my husband was in the room behind the check in area snickering and laughing..
But other than this …the place is a nice clean place to stay while on the Cape
看起来不像网站上的照片，破旧不堪，需要维修。纱窗门几乎打不开，纱窗就裂了。浴室地板摸起来软塌塌的，浴缸旁边有一处塌陷了。热水浴缸最多也就温热一点。还行吧，可能是因为看到网站上的照片和好评，我才期待更多，尤其是考虑到我付的每晚房费。
很棒的泳池（1 个室外游泳池、1 个室内游泳池、1 个按摩浴缸），周围环境优美（有野生动物的池塘）
浴缸里全是头发，后门关不严，而且没有工作人员可以受理我的投诉。
