Beyond my expectations
I had a very small problem with the shower .The way they handle the situation was beyond my expectations. Thank you for your professionalism.This is the hotel of my choice

it was motel 6. The lights did not work in the room.
The decor was cheesy. the room keys did not work after 25 minutes. Had to go to the front desk many times. However the employees were great.
They were not familar with what was going on. I will not stay at a Raddison hotel again.

Power went out early evening and it’s now 5am and still no power! No backup generator in this heat - stuck here trying to sleep so we can continue our travels.

It was an excellent experience! The check in was great, very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It's a great location! I will keep booking here whenever I'm in Yuma!

Wonderful staff, from the front desk, to security, everyone cares about your stay. I have stayed there many times, it's better every time!! I would recommend the Radisson in Yuma in a heartbeat. Special shout out to Fred, awesome person. Love that place.
