Very clean but tired. The sanitary ware in the bathroom was cracked with ingrain stains in the bath and toilet.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and all staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly

Very good staff friendly and welcoming
Rooms are comfortable albeit slightly tired, could do with paint & new carpets
But 5* overall and breakfast excellent served by a great RLNI gent !

Lovely staff and great location. I think it was bad luck but we had the smallest room imaginable, plus it was too hot to sleep. My parents stayed too in the same room class and it was much better size and cooler. Staff in the bar more than made up for it, brilliant time had and would stay again for sure

Cowes break
Fabulous stay as always. The staff are friendly and accomadating. Hotel is in prime position in Cowes. As a family we are very fond of this hotel.

Just lovely staff
Even though the hotel was not brand new, the service, and especially the staff characteristics were soooo good, that will definitely stay there the next time at the Isle of Wight.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, with a large double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and a large tv. The bathroom was a bit small but functional. Our room had no view of the water, which was disappointing as this pub is located at the ferry dock. The location is great! Right on the High street of Cowes.
