Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working while there. We were looking forward to that. Our tub in our room was broke and wouldn’t hold water. The faucet in the tub leaked the whole time. And the floor shook when we walked around our room. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t quite as nice as I had hoped. Not sure I’d stay again or try another location

Excellent experience!

Very nice hotel with great staff. Plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient area off the turnpike. I had to present a webinar after checkout time and the staff were very accommodating by giving me a private space to present my webinar.

For the price I paid for this hotel I kinda expected

a little bit more, the jacuzzi was a main thing for me, was gonna be able to relax, but it was not in working condition, the jets don’t work, told the staff and they ignore it, def needs an update, breakfast was not too tasty, but definitely a nice addition to the stay. . Also moved one of the couch chairs and there was old food underneath, not a good sign. I go to Ohio every year for an event and decided to try this place out this year. Will not come back, the price was too high for an average stay.

We enjoyed how close to shopping and restaurants the hotel was.. Breakfast in the hotel was ok not great. Everything was clean overall we had a great 2 days stay

Avoid this nightmarish stay

Absolutely pathetic hotel - reserved a room when promised daily house keeping with full service to realize that they didn't do a full service till 3-4 days initially till reminded and then 1 day completely skipped it. My room was in a mess when I returned to the room after 36 hrs of non stop duty at the hospital only to find my room was uncleaned and beds not made. Made multiple requests for cleaning and making the bed buy all requests were denied. I couldn't sleep after my work for 36 hrs and having a sleepless night day before! The technology doesn't work after tall promises such as digital card etc. The staff are rude and laugh behind you. Breakfast is best avoidable as there are very poor and ordinary choices. The cereal container leaks all the cereal out and nobody is bothered to fix it or repair. This is an expensive hotel and so I expected a better stay, facilities and hospitality. Instead

The hotel had great insulation, only heard one train in the night even though the main line was less than a 1/4 mile away. I walked outside to put something in my car and couldn’t believe the volume of the train passing was making. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
