Worst travel experience I’ve ever had with this hotel. Booked through ******* and paid in full. Upon arrival they claimed it wasn’t paid. I showed proof it was paid. Even got on the phone with ******* who verified with them that it was paid. Still refused to put us in a room for almost 2 hours. At this point it was after midnight when eventually they let us into a room, probably because my 15 month old baby was with us in the lobby and I was in tears. So I basically paid for a check in day that I was not able to check in on. They refused a partial refund for that day. At about 2am the power to the entire hotel went out. Bright emergency lights came on in each room. When power was restored all the lights in the entire room turned on and alarms went off. Next day we had to call maintenance because tv remote wasn’t working. Still was required to pay $70 in resort fees for this absolute miserable experience. Never once cleaned our room with a 5 day 4 night booking. Had to flag down service to get new towels. Overall just a terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend staying here!

酒店回复: We apologize for the inconvenience and bad experience you had at check in. We at the front desk attempted to make a situation that was not of our making better. You booked through a third party, which is where the billing issue was the concern. Your reservation hadn't processed from the third party and would have had to charge for your stay at check in. We only authorize $1.00 to check your party into the reservation, and you were able to get into your room without being double charged. You were satisfied at that point. The partial refund if due would have been with *******, which is who you paid for your stay. The power outage was out of our control. Rooms are service is upon request, and during your stay you stated that everything was ok.

Room was very nice and I loved the pictures hanging on the wall. Very convenient for us to walk to the Rialto Theater.

Very disappointed with the lack of dining options and the fact that there’s no complimentary coffee or water available in the lobby. We will not stay here again
