Our bathroom toilet didn’t work then we got switched to another room and poop was coming up from the sink , we asked to have our trash dumped they told us to dump it ourself and come to front desk and get a trash bag

房间挺好的，但是需要增加照明，并且提供牙膏等洗漱用品。
这家酒店不应该在这种条件下继续营业。我下周末还有另一个预付的预订，所以我决定取消预订，改订另一家酒店。我需要一条额外的毛巾，因为他们只剩下三条，而我们一共四个人，而且没有空余的毛巾。我不推荐这样做。
工作人员很粗鲁，我在这里预订了两个大人两个小孩的房间。我在另一家酒店预订了另一个房间，一个大人两个小孩。我的大女儿来这里是为了我们大家准备派对，他们威胁她说她只有30分钟，否则就被带出去……他们什么也没问，也没问她为什么来，只是假设，而且非常粗鲁。而且房间状况很糟糕……
