非常棒的体验。如果能稍微翻新一下就完美了，因为房间有点老旧了！
非常棒的酒店，地理位置也很好——我们住得很开心，还会再来的。
一切都好。只是车库入口有点难走。
设计时尚，离地铁站需要走一小段路。
很棒的酒店…地理位置绝佳…通过携程预订也很划算…不过，去马赛圣夏尔火车站需要打车，或者步行25分钟，也挺愉快的！
环境一流，周末还有DJ助兴，很赞！
房间很漂亮也很舒适，不过房间之间的隔音效果还有待提高；我们能听到楼上有人走动。
热情友好的接待。
房间整洁干净。员工热情友好，乐于助人。酒店的活动丰富多彩，令人愉快。
电视机有点小问题，总是断线。不过，工作人员很有耐心，也很乐于助人，很快就解决了问题。

很棒的住宿体验，一流的员工！（从前台到安保，从酒吧/餐厅员工到客房服务人员，每个人都很友善！！！）地理位置超级便利，房间非常舒适。真的没什么可抱怨的。
最后一晚在另一家酒店入住！
选择酒店是因为它靠近会议地点并且方便停车，但是购买后我才发现无法预订位置（？）
最后一刻，Mama Shelter 取消了预订，换到了另一家酒店，但距离会议地点较远，因此我不推荐这家酒店，因为可靠性是一个重要因素，尤其是对于商务旅行而言。
