The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in. I ask the name and the employee was not sure. It was amazing. I wish I was not just passing through. I would have loved to slept in late.

Could do with touch up on details like paint and corking and grout tiles in bathrooms.

Plus did not like the tv locked for direct tv only, so cant steam your phone to the tv model has, but hotel locked the option

Shower not usable and breakfast trays empty
The shower only had scalding hot water. The cold water did not function, so it was impossible to take a shower without burning yourself. The cleaning crew does a good job of cleaning however, the hotel management has attempted to paint over mold, stains on the ceiling and walls rather than Address it. we arrived at breakfast at 9 AM. Breakfast ended at 9:30. The trays were all empty and there was nobody there to fill them. When we finally found somebody, they told us it was too late because they were ending breakfast. The bed was comfortable, but if you want a shower and food, you might want to skip this hotel.

The air conditioning was loud, woke us up everytime it turned on or off. The walls to the hallway are super thin and you can hear everyone. We had a late checkout but the staff still opened our doors two separate times to see if we were gone yet.

I arrived for check-in on 10/4/25 to find out that the room we booked with two queen beds was no longer available. We had booked over two weeks in advance. We were given a handicap room with a king bed and sleeper sofa. We did not want this. Why bother booking a room that you want, when they decide for you in the first place? After a long day, the last thing we wanted to do was to have to make our own bed. Just give me the room I booked! Is it really that hard?? In Live Oak, FL of all places???
