The room we got had a very stong mildew smell. The entire hotel could use a refresh, it looked old/worn down. We liked that it was very close to the Maverik Center, and the breakfast was decent, thats about it.

Checking in was way. The last who was working. Very nice and friendly. Would stay again, when I'm Salt Lake City.

The ice machine on my floor stopped working for two days. That was inconvenient and there was no ice machine on the first floor. Parking lot was a bit cramped as very large trucks took up several stalls where they should've parked in the very back. Also, several guests parked crooked so another vehicle could not possibly park in the stall next to them. The rooms could use a little renovating. Pillows were flat which made my neck ache the next morning. Regular coffee was out not long after the breakfast on the second day. These are some issues I had experienced during my stay.

Room is okay the hallways were dirty, even found a random screw on the floor. The elevator smelled bad and my kids complained the pool was too cold. Probably won’t stay here again.

The curtains had holes in them and were discolored. The staff did not clean our room or provide us with new towels. The shower was leaking.

I was in for a one night visit to Utah. I liked this hotel's easy walking access to good restaurants.
