Another great stay at the clarion hotel in Branson, mo. We stay at the Clarion Inn Branson at least three or four times a year. We love sitting on the balcony after a day of shopping and shows. Our last visit was in October, 2025. We are planning to be there in Dec. 2025. The hotel is always clean. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure working with Kathy. Hotel had a great location about in the middle of the *****, was decent for its age & nothing fancy but we don’t need fancy. Our bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the in room jacuzzi was great, the bathroom was a decent size. Indoor hot tub was just warm & they said they have been having issues with it. The pool was freezing but we didn’t need it. It was odd there was no furniture to sit on in the room besides the bed but our fault for not asking for something. Free breakfast was basic with cold cereal, oatmeal packets, breads, waffle & pancake maker. Hot breakfast buffet in the bar was real good. Fruit, muffins, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, egg bake, hash browns, bacon & sausage. We would stay here again.

Our family decided to stay here during Spring break because of the amenities offered and great price. I booked our stay through the Choice Hotels app which stated check in was an hour earlier than what it wound up being. After the long drive I was told the app is wrong and we would have to come back in an hour. A little frustrating considering we were tired from the drive, but no big deal. When we came back to check in the smell was horrific. The stench in the hallway was so strong of household cleaners and deodorizers, it was clear they were trying to mask the smell of something. Then we were placed in a room with a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. There were people drinking and partying loudly all night long. Finally around 2:30 am I went to the front desk to ask what time the pool closed and the lady working looked at me and said “it doesn’t. What’s the problem?” Also, different from what was listed in the app. I explained about the loudness of the people at the hot tub/pool and that I had a small child unable to sleep. The lack of care or concern was infuriating. Then we kept hearing what we thought were doors opening and closing and knocking on them all night. Finally discovered it was the pipes in the walls. Every time you flush the toilet the pipes begin to bang and knock within the walls. Our second night the pool was closed, the knocking/banging continued throughout the night (but at least we knew what it was). The solvent smell in the hallway was even worse. Lesson learned. I will never again attempt a different hotel than our usual simply to save a few bucks. It was definitely not worth it.

We didn't eat the breakfast or drink the fruit, water or coffee. I washed my hair twice and got a teeny tiny little bottle of lotion so basically I paid $15 a day for Wi-Fi

Overall good stay. Floors in the room were not very clean; complimentary breakfast was pretty lacking. We were also charged a “resort” fee that we were not expecting

The hotel room itself was nice and comfortable. The check in process was not smooth, waited a long time (which couldn’t be helped), but the young lady didn’t give any details… essentially just where the rooms was. The first night we decided to hang to hang out and eat at the “poolside bar”. It was huge letdown… the food was not at what one would expect & super pricey. More like what my kids would make in the toaster oven at home, think labeling a hamburger as a steak situation. It took an hour to get it and some of it was over cooked. The waitress was friendly and sweet, not her fault. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed sitting out on the a nice night. The inside “heated” pool was very cold. We came for breakfast the next morning because it was cheap and breakfast is pretty hard to mess up. It was just okay, for the price I can’t complain… There are however cats living poolside where people are being served and eating. I didn’t mind the cats…. But a kid came out with a piece of bacon with tongs from the buffet and was feeding it to the cats, while holding the tongs. The lovely waitress got the tongs away from him and went to clean them. But the kids first said “it didn’t touch the ground, I was going to put them back”. I wonder how many times that kid has done that and no one caught him…. 🤢… we were guessing maybe the kid frequents this place w family, as the staff seemed to know him.

10/10 highly recommend! Located in the heart of Branson walking distance from enough fun to fill your entire trip! Indoor and outdoor heated pools, poolside bar, restaurant on site and so much more! Every room has a private balcony and the hotel has so much charm! My family and I had an absolute blast here we didn’t want to leave. The owner/manager Jeremiah was so friendly and cares a lot about his work. One of the staff members, O’Nessa was so great with my children and we might return just to see her! You’d be mistaken to miss out on this property. It was perfect!

DO NOT STAY AT THE CLARION INN IN BRANSON. I booked a 3 bedroom for a week back in February for August 2-9th for 5 people. We showed up to check in after driving six hours from Kansas and they over booked our room and gave our room to another couple ! They refused to have the manager speak to us, they refused to give us a room back and they refused to give us a bigger room. They gave us a smaller room for the night and only offered us a $6 reimbursement! I filed a report with the owner and business. $900 for a week of bs apparently WiFi is non working and rooms were dirty.

So disappointed. I regret choosing this hotel. "Pool 24/7" sounds great until you realize it means constant noise. It’s almost midnight and our room is right next to the pool — impossible to sleep. The front desk said the hotel is full and they can't move us. On top of that, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. We just arrived today and it’s already a frustrating experience. Would not recommend. After the first night, we were indeed moved to a different room (after first sleepless night). However, it was a connecting room (the connecting doors shut closed of course) and the noise from the hallway and the neighboring room was unbearable — we were woken up at 5:30 AM. The walls are paper-thin and the door doesn't seal properly. After the second sleepless night, we decided to end our misery early and found a different hotel. I tried contacting (emailed) the hotel owner (Jeremiah) several times but haven’t received a single reply till today - week later. PS: I had specifically requested a quiet room on a higher floor, away from the elevator and in a peaceful part of the hotel, several months in advance when I made the reservation. Unfortunately, the receptionist only noticed this note at the time of our check-in, and by then, only a ground-floor room near the reception was available.
