One night stay as we passed thru from arkansas. We've stayed here several times in the past and always enjoyed it. This time, not so much. Check in was kind of a pain even though I was pre-paid. Felt like I was disturbing the gentleman behind the counter. Room was a little on the worn side. Kids enjoyed the pool but one thing I cannot stand is the damn breakfast. They used to have an agreement with Sadie's for the best and free breakfast. Now they have forced out Sadie's and you can eat at their place... for 4.99. And it's horrible. And parking is lousy if you have any kind of mobility issues. Very disappointed in this visit. Time for an upgrade guys, including staff. Probably finding a new stop over place next time. Kinda sad. I used to love this place.

Another great stay at the clarion hotel in Branson, mo. We stay at the Clarion Inn Branson at least three or four times a year. We love sitting on the balcony after a day of shopping and shows. Our last visit was in October, 2025. We are planning to be there in Dec. 2025. The hotel is always clean. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure working with Kathy. Hotel had a great location about in the middle of the *****, was decent for its age & nothing fancy but we don’t need fancy. Our bed was comfortable, it was quiet, the in room jacuzzi was great, the bathroom was a decent size. Indoor hot tub was just warm & they said they have been having issues with it. The pool was freezing but we didn’t need it. It was odd there was no furniture to sit on in the room besides the bed but our fault for not asking for something. Free breakfast was basic with cold cereal, oatmeal packets, breads, waffle & pancake maker. Hot breakfast buffet in the bar was real good. Fruit, muffins, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, egg bake, hash browns, bacon & sausage. We would stay here again.

Our family decided to stay here during Spring break because of the amenities offered and great price. I booked our stay through the Choice Hotels app which stated check in was an hour earlier than what it wound up being. After the long drive I was told the app is wrong and we would have to come back in an hour. A little frustrating considering we were tired from the drive, but no big deal. When we came back to check in the smell was horrific. The stench in the hallway was so strong of household cleaners and deodorizers, it was clear they were trying to mask the smell of something. Then we were placed in a room with a balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. There were people drinking and partying loudly all night long. Finally around 2:30 am I went to the front desk to ask what time the pool closed and the lady working looked at me and said “it doesn’t. What’s the problem?” Also, different from what was listed in the app. I explained about the loudness of the people at the hot tub/pool and that I had a small child unable to sleep. The lack of care or concern was infuriating. Then we kept hearing what we thought were doors opening and closing and knocking on them all night. Finally discovered it was the pipes in the walls. Every time you flush the toilet the pipes begin to bang and knock within the walls. Our second night the pool was closed, the knocking/banging continued throughout the night (but at least we knew what it was). The solvent smell in the hallway was even worse. Lesson learned. I will never again attempt a different hotel than our usual simply to save a few bucks. It was definitely not worth it.

We didn't eat the breakfast or drink the fruit, water or coffee. I washed my hair twice and got a teeny tiny little bottle of lotion so basically I paid $15 a day for Wi-Fi

You got one free breakfast per room and had to pay for other person. Bad service in restaurant, no clean tables, no help.
Stairs were terrible for old folks. Door to get out to elevator wouldn’t open with our card. Had to take stairs.
Room very outdated. Requested handicap room expecting walk-in shower. Instead had tub with bars in it to hold on too, plus had to step in to tub and step out. Not good when expecting and needing handicap shower.
We will never book this hotel again. Built on the side of a mountain and trying to walk up to the office is terrible for old people.

酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry the service was not as you expected. Our number one priority is our guests and their satisfaction, we will be speaking to the restaurant staff they are trained to give the best service possible and they are great at doing that, the hundreds of positive reviews confirm that. As far as the furniture we just put new furniture in over the summer, next year we will have new carpets its been a slow process but the property is upgrading in many areas. The accessible rooms must be be requested specifically in example for walk in shower we must know so we can accommodate. We apologize the hills did not help with your stay. We are sorry your experience was not a good one.

Room was fine except it didn’t have a microwave. My family and I were playing cards in the breakfast area on Friday night around 7:30pm and the coffee was cold, we asked the person on duty if she would make more and then when we went to ask she said she couldn’t because they stop making it at 9pm. We won’t be staying there again.

Floors-rugs were nasty. Rooms cleaned every three days- never saw a cleaning cart.
A hole in floor covered by rug - luckily discovered before falling. On 5 th floor- the door to elevator locked. Both are handicapped had to walk down flight of stairs to get to car. Food for buffet- horrible- ran out of food- no wait staff to provide silverware and drinks- closed early- not worth $7.50. Dirty tables not cleaned for new customers-most of staff did not speak English. I hate we took friends to Clarion. Will never register again. We have stayed before but hotel gone straight down. Horrible experience. ADA would shut down if reported.

This was a very nice place to stay: spacious and clean room, two beautiful pool areas, convenient dining room and bar. friendly staff at the front desk, as well as in the bar and dining room. the location was convenient for the Shows we chose to see.
