I had a reservation for one night. When I checked in, I was told there was a $50.00 holding fee along with the reservation. I was not told that when the reservation was made. I was to make the reservation using cash and card. When I got there I gave him my name. He knew I was paying with cash and card. I gave him a $10,00 bill, a $5.00 bill and 5 $1.00s. $20.00 in total. Then he told me about the extra $50.00. I told him I did not have it and asked if it could be waived. He told me NO. So I said I would have to cancel the reservation and he said ok. I asked him if I would be charged anything and he said no. I then called Priceline who made the reservation and they confirmed it with the hotel that I would not be charged. I then left totally forgetting about the $20.00 i had given him in cash. This morning I realized it and called to let them know. They said they would go back and check the recording. She later called me back saying the all I did was give them my id and my card but no money. They did not go back and review the tape far enough. I called and the guy who was there last night was very sarcastic and said that I did not give him any money. I told him yes I did and they did not go back far enough on the tape. He said I could come there and look at the tape and I told him I had no reason to lie. It was all the cash I had. All he did was put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I will never, ever go there again. He is a thief or otherwise the drawer would have been over $20.00. I hope like hell he enjoyed the money. If I could give them a rating of minus one million I would. Nothing but a thief!!!!

Scam Alert!!! Do not get robbed here! They charge a $100 deposit for a $60 room and then don't return your money. I came for a funeral at noon. I checked out on time at 11 am they stated I left at 11:15 so they kept my $100. They stole $100 for a $60 room because they lied and claimed I left 15 minutes late when I'm on video at noon at a funeral miles away.
