I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While the member of your staff who managed my check-in process was truly wonderful and professional, the remainder of my experience was severely disappointing and unacceptable.
I encountered several issues that compromised both my comfort and my sense of security:
Accommodation Discrepancy: I had specifically booked and confirmed a queen-sized bed but was provided with a full-sized bed. This is a significant lapse in fulfilling a basic reservation requirement.
Maintenance Issues: The condition of the room was subpar, with several light fixtures found to be broken or non-functional.
Security Concerns: Most alarmingly, the exterior doors to the hotel were not secure. This is an absolute failure in providing a safe environment for your guests and is a serious liability issue.
Finally, the situation during my intended departure was baffling. Upon attempting to check out, I found both the main front door and the interior door to the front desk area were locked, necessitating that I knock and ring the doorbell to gain attention. This is a highly unprofessional procedure that caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience during a key transition point of the guest experience.
Given these fundamental and serious failures in security, accommodation, and service standards, I must inform you that I will not be booking this hotel again!

No idea how that place is even open still. Your Bette tiff staying the night it in your car.. the heater was broke and didn’t turn on.. mind you it was 38 degrees outside, blood on the heater vents, hair in the shower upon check in, hair dryer caught fire at some point and was never replaced, looks like door was locked in at some point. It was quite there at least since only about 5 people were staying the night there. Spend the extra 10-20.00 and enjoy your stay somewhere else.

Bed had bed bugs and I’m now covered in itchy bites, extremely rude front desk (not red hair lady) and was harassed upon checkout. Horrible and traumatic experience and refused a refund. Never again.

Initial room I was in did not have a working toilet or any hot water. The room I was transferred to appeared to be a remodel in progress. It needs usb ports and the hair dryer does not work. The fridge is in need of a defrost although it works.
Both entry doors do not appear to be very secure. They lock, but it looks like they had a makeshift repair job on the upper latch. Room was cleaned well. Website needs to remove kitchenette from the description.

The room was clean and totally accessible. The WiFi was also incredibly good. However, the window was open in such a way that it was not able to close until me and my partner spent 30 minutes forcibly closing it after being instructed by staff to do so. Without closing this window, we would not be able to sleep due to the sounds of the highway and train. The last complaint is that the AC wasn't very powerful.

This property is extremely different in the pictures vs in person. The rooms and hallway were very dirty. We switched to 3 different rooms and each was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Ultimately, we did not feel safe and left the property.
