一座宏伟的宫殿，拥有豪华酒店的所有舒适设施。酒店坐落在一个壮丽的半岛上，周围环绕着其他豪华酒店，其中两家来自同一集团。
前往方式：乘坐出租车或咨询酒店班车时刻表。我们乘坐巴士到达，然后步行，但步行路程相当紧张。
这是我很久以来最糟糕的假期经历之一。我预订了一间“高级海景小屋”，每晚大约500欧元，但令我大吃一惊的是，房间根本看不到海景（一棵大树完全遮住了海景）。他们坚称“海景”指的是房间的等级，但并不能保证一定能看到海景！两天后，他们又给我安排了另一间，但问题依旧！房间很小，没有任何装饰，浴室容不下两个人，而且很脏，因为一周只打扫过一次，水龙头都快掉下来了（就像橱柜一样）……淋浴间的固定装置也从墙上松动掉了下来。泳池瓷砖上覆盖着厚厚的黄色苔藓（泥土？），简直令人作呕……而且什么都没打扫，泳池外的瓷砖非常滑（我女儿摔了两次），真的很危险。先不说每人55欧元的自助餐，那简直是糟糕的食堂，我更记得学校食堂，菜品低档，而且总是煮过头！我们经常被黄蜂骚扰（孩子和敏感人群一定要避开）（我就被蛰了两次）。酒店里还有另外两家餐厅，菜品品质不错，但价格高得离谱。或许格雷科泰尔酒店应该少做些营销，但要提升一下客户服务，在我看来，它根本达不到三星级的水平。

绝对算不上五星级的体验。酒店相当破旧，浴室发霉，而且修补得很糟糕。卧室闻起来很潮湿。虽然那里的员工都很友好热情，但似乎没有一个训练有素，无法有效处理任何问题，餐厅的服务也很混乱，速度也很慢。
由于超额预订，我们没有得到预订的房间，而且很遗憾，我们得到的房间在二楼，就在酒店酒吧/接待处的楼下，所以我们晚上睡不着，第二天早上很早就醒了。早餐很棒，房间也很干净宽敞。只是不值这个价钱。
警告：简直是噩梦！房间和我预订的完全不一样。
经理很无礼，鄙视你、侮辱你、敲诈你。

一流的酒店，工作人员友好周到，地理位置优越。一些小瑕疵。
我们得到了不错的升级，但不幸的是，酒店工作人员带我们去房间时发现房间漏水了。好吧，出问题总是有的，我明白，问题是他们花了五个多小时才给我们换到另一间房间，结果我们损失了一个晚上。他们一遍又一遍地给我们时间。我们再也不会来了，要不是已经很晚了，我们早就走了。
