Clean room, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay from start to finish. The breakfast was solid, and the hotel was quiet and well-kept. Great value—highly recommend!

Nice staff. Clean room and really comfortable bed. Got a great uninterrupted peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast had great options and good sausage (not always the case.)

Check in was quick, staff was friendly. Offered our choice of floors. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. Breakfast was typical fare. Cost was about $50 less per night than our usual Best Western across the interstate. Glad we stayed here; would stay again.

The hotel and room was great. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint was there was very low water flow for a decent shower. We stay here every time we go to Yuma and will continue to do so.

Easy access, clean rooms. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the water in the shower never getting hot (even after 5 minutes) so had to take a 'sponge' bath

customer service was very poor. room average. lamps didnt work. tv didnt work. when asked for help they really did not want to help. seems they were too busy to help. or too overwhelmed.

Room had an odd smell when we first walked in. Turn on AC and when we returned from dinner, room smell was tolerable. Carpets were stained in room and hallways. Front desk lady was excellent.
