Bed bugs, roaches, and unclean sheets. I swapped rooms initially thinking my second room was cleaner but
It was no different. Sheets were stained and had holes everywhere. Gross.

When we checked into the hotel, the front desk.Gentleman wasn't very pleasant. I was there for my son's 21st birthday and when they walk to him, he just stared at them. He stopped assisting me just to stare at them. It didn't have to do with race because we are the same. I had 2 rooms. One of the rooms 157 was horrible. The floor was so moist it was like i could skate on it. I called the front desk and spoke with a woman this time who seemed confused about what I was explaining. She allowed me to come to the front and switch one of the rooms. The facility was just not clean. The beds had stains and spots. The bathroom rags and towels were dirty. There was hair in the bathroom and the toilet paper was used. I got a blanket out of my car and slept. Checked out and would never go back.

The lampshade were filled with mold so instead of a clean white lampshade it was with browning around the shade. Behind the bed there was also brown mold in wall.

We have stayed at many Baymont motels elsewhere with no problems. This one was the exception. Rented 2 rooms and had 1 pet to stay in 1 room. At check-in got receipt for 2 room charges & no pet fee included. 1 room had mold in bathroom and sink did not drain. At checkout I saw a sign on counter that said $50 refundable deposit assessed for each room. This was not mentioned when I checked in & not included on receipt. After getting home, bank account showed 2 deductions of $50 in addition to room charges. I sent message to hotel and asked why I didn't get receipt for the 2 deposits. I also reminded them I wasn't charged for the pet fee. I later got one $50 refund and a $25 pet fee charge. I reminded them that I still needed a 2nd $50 refund. I then got a $25 refund and was told the account was settled because the other $25 was a pet fee for the 2nd room. I'm waiting to hear back and find out why I'm charged pet fee for 2 rooms for 1 pet.

Have stayed multiple times. Mist of the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Had one issue with the room told staff at checkout. Wished the pool didnt have a lock on it. The patio area by the pool is nice. Lots of options for breakfast so that is always amazing.

Never again
Our room was somewhat clean then we realized we had a adjoining room and the people in there were loud as if they were in our room and when I went to the office to complain after being woke up for the 3rd time the staff told me “ well I’ll see if I can get ahold of someone “ to no avail then my wife goes to get in the shower and there was a roach. This place was the worst part of our trip

I'd stay here sgain.
Cozy room. Clean, well apointed. The parking lot is lit up like daytime all night. Good for security, bad for sleeping. A darker window treatment would be appreciated. Also, a chair and small table in the room would be handy for eating or using my laptop. The free breakfast was quite good. Not fancy, but there was a good variety.
