Staff is great. Hotel is not the cleanest or up to date. Water takes forever to heat up, if it ever heats up. Also, if you live within 100 miles, you have to have a $200 cash deposit. No working atm.

The faucet on my shower fell off didn’t get to take a shower. The fan on the air was so loud and there was a ticking in the room. I couldn’t sleep for the noise of it.

Bugs in room! Asked for refund and front desk was very understanding, immediately refunded our entire stay and we moved to a different hotel.

A couple in front of me was denied allowing their pets to stay after they called to verify. There were roaches in the front lobby and in my room. The breakfast was a joke. The shower curtain in my room had drywall mud, paint and/or blood on it. The sheets had holes and the pillows were small and uncomfortable.

Gentleman at the front desk on Friday was a little rude, wanted to charge $25 to check in 1 1/2 hrs early. Breakfast is ok. Room is clean, facilities are pretty nice for the price.

My wife and I are frequent, loyal guests, staying at your location every two weeks. The property is incredible—the rooms are decent and the service, in general, is excellent.
However, we have encountered significant issues with the front desk staff, who are consistently very rude and disrespectful.
Specifically, we received very poor treatment recently regarding your 100-mile cash deposit policy. We were not allowed to speak or explain our situation, and the interaction was highly disrespectful.
