When I checked in, the staff almost didn’t let me bring my service animal. (Military Veteran) Suggested I stay somewhere else next time.
The room was in disrepair. Specifically, cracks in trim, stains on furniture, cigarette burn on counter (no smoking room), scratches on counter top, scratches on front door trim, and microwave was discolored.
I extended my visit but staff forgot to reprogram my door card. I thought I had been locked out. I had to go to office to get card reprogrammed.
Coffee creamer that was available had “clumped” in my coffee. When I informed staff, they indicated it had expired in February.

The hotel was ok. We had to switch rooms as the downstairs room smelled heavily of mold. The upstairs room was average and didn’t smell. The hotel is sufficient.
