Needed a place to stay close to DFW. They gave me an upper room when I requested. (Usually I get allergies satying in ground floor.) The only thing I noticed was upstairs there was a strong smoke smell. But not in the actual room. Carpet just by the elevator was dirty but that was the only spot

Smelled a bit bad. Bathroom was not cleaned, especially the toilet seat and tub. The previous room was good so perhaps the cleaning people are not all good.

The room, facilities and surrounding areas were pretty good. They have a kind and gentle staff. The only thing is that the room had a weird smell like humidity. Besides that everything was pretty well.

预订的时候说是含早餐，结果只有咖啡。
房间很干净整洁。
洗浴用品不多，只有最基本的。
没有吹风机，所以没法洗头。制冰机也坏了，用不了。
我特意订了带浴缸的房间想泡澡，结果浴缸居然没有塞子。
我们到达后被告知游泳池已经好几天无法使用了，这就是我们一直在为我儿子寻找带游泳池的酒店的原因。我们预订时他们没有告诉我们这件事。其他一切都很好，我们也受到了非常友好的对待。
没有热水。没有烟雾报警器。管道不干净，里面还有别人的头发！空调噪音非常大！他们说他们提供早餐，结果只有吐司。我当时就惊呼，哇，真是的。清洁工态度非常恶劣！我对这家酒店非常失望。虽然它的评分很高。

我个人不会去这家酒店，也不会把车停在里面，因为它不仅充斥着浓重的油漆味和污渍，而且我还发现所有毛巾和床单上都有难看的棕色污渍。对我来说，最令人沮丧的是我房间里发现了两只蟑螂。其中一个工作人员一直在谎报哪些房间可用，但最终他不得不收回承诺，因为他不得不把我们转移到那些房间。我不得不比预期的起得早一些，因为油漆工就在房间附近大声地在墙上施工，这几乎让人觉得这家酒店应该关门歇业，直到装修工作完成。
广告上说是早餐，结果根本没早餐，房间和大堂甚至连咖啡都没有！
