To start with, the entire team make great efforts trying to accommodate all guests’ requests and make their stay a relaxing experience. Although, based on your valuable words, it appears that your expectations were not met and we are truly disappointed about that. But thank you for expressing your thoughts with us. Regarding your concern about the sunbeds, kindly note, that the sunbeds exceed the maximum possible occupancy of the hotel. Moreover, we have a dedicated colleague who removes unattended sunbeds after a certain amount of time. From our experience, the most wanted sun beds are the ones next to the pool and guests may complain. However it is their personal preference and not an actual issue, as there are unoccupied sun beds. As for the elevator, please note that, unfortunately, it was not feasible to be handled as there was a part missing that had to be ordered since it was unavailable in local area. We do of course, apologize for the inconvenience caused although, we do hope for your understanding. As for the cleanliness, allow us to say that all rooms and bathrooms are being cleaned regularly by our housekeeping team with certified products and all the proper procedures. Although, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us in order to keep improving our services. Your nice words, really strengthen our efforts in order to continue providing the highest level of services. Receiving positive comments like this, is a great boost to our overall functioning and morale and we truly appreciate your recognition. Regarding iron, kindly note that, this is not an amenity provided in the room upon arrival. We do, of course, have few available to assist our guest which should be reserved and can be kept for limited time. Although, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. As for the beach, it is publicly announced on our website that it is. Partially pebbly, partially sandy. Of course, it would be useful to keep a pair of shoes suitable for the sea. 我们通过途易 (TUI) 预订了这家酒店,抵达后非常激动。由于我们到得很晚,快速办理入住手续后,酒店立即招待我们享用晚餐。从自助餐到接待处、酒吧、客房服务等,整个团队都尽心尽力,确保我们拥有美好的住宿体验。自助餐,无论早餐还是晚餐,都种类丰富,美味可口。酒店维护得很好,非常舒适。我们全程都感觉非常舒适,度过了一段美好的时光。我们的出发接送服务很晚,所以我们可以免费延迟退房,没有任何问题。我们甚至在出发前洗了个澡。总而言之,这是一家名副其实的优秀酒店。

我个人觉得餐厅的员工不太友好,有三个人非常糟糕,毫无礼貌,他们分别是Alexandra、Juma和Jeroven。真可惜,因为除此之外,食物还不错。除了早餐,如果你更喜欢“法式”早餐,那就没必要了,英式早餐有很多选择。像往常一样,泳池边的躺椅在早上7点之前就被预订了,我告诉了酒店工作人员,但他们没有采取任何行动。我们在两天内还遭遇了几次停电。我们的电梯坏了,但我注意到自从我们到达后,另一部电梯也坏了,我们离开时电梯很安静,这真是太好了,酒店里有一小队残疾人,他们每天都得由父母抱着才能进出房间……同样令人遗憾的是,没有人向我们详细解释酒店的运作方式。我们被带到了房间,只拿到了一张只有英文的表格,上面只说明了早餐或晚餐的时间,仅此而已,所有信息都是英文的,所以你必须理解他们的语言。工作人员不会说法语。房间的清洁工作也很糟糕。他们甚至不吸尘。冰箱状况糟糕透顶,放玻璃杯、茶、咖啡等的托盘也脏得令人作呕,我们刚到的时候就是这个样子(见图)。床单每三天换一次,但看起来好像没换过,头发还在……唯一的优点是酒店有自己的沙滩,带淋浴,这点很棒。
总的来说,我们对这次全包假期非常满意。我们在第一排的小屋里欣赏到了美丽的海景。工作人员彬彬有礼,服务也很棒。尽管这次假期体验非常愉快,但我们也发现了两个小缺点。首先,熨斗太少了。熨斗一到就送来,但两小时后又被拿走了,即使当时熨烫不方便。海滩上满是石头。为了舒适地游泳,必须穿水鞋。我们还会再去格雷科泰尔酒店的其中一家,考虑到费用问题,可能会在这个季节提前或推迟。感谢工作人员的热情照顾。
