When we were checking in, staff was outside smoking with some of the residents. Understandable, since you can't smoke inside.The staff don't wear uniforms, but was nice. A cute cat was in the lobby. The breakfast is just eggs and hashbrowns. Went to a function to get back and find out the elevator was down and we were on the 3rd floor. The staff was helpful with making the transition to the 1st floor. The room was clean. Seen a dead roach, better than alive I guess...seems room may have been exterminated. Overall, a good stay...somewhere to lay our heads.

I was impressed with how clean and nicely decorated the hotel was, it smelled clean. The staff was incredible and super helpful today when I checked out. The elevator wasn't working so they helped me carry all my stuff down 3 flights of stairs and to my

only one star because the property was a quite location
other than that it isnt a good location. A lot of crack and homeless people and bad area in general.....NOT KID OR FAMILY FRIENDLY
Beds are hard as rock bed frames stick out, floors were dirty sticky,only one big towel, eggs are rock hard so breakfast didnt save me money......there was NO WORKING WI-FI even when i called front desk it wasnt fixed .... charged me $30 for a hand towel used to clean up my childs mess....old elevator was messing up often safety hazard

This is an amazing property and I will be there whenever I need a room in that city. Very professional and polite staff, you can smell the cleanliness in the whole building, room was amazing, very quiet. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. No problems at all!

Overall what makes an excellent stay is how comfortable the bed is and if the television works. This hotel had neither. I have stayed in other Sonesta properties and they were excellent. I will not be returning to this one and will not recommend my family nor friends stay.

Is not a fancy hotel but good to spend the night. The confesión for snacks needs to allow card payment because not always we handle cash now days.
