This place stinks, had a reservation but they could not find my room. I finally left and was still charged for the room.

The staff was inviting but after walking into the hotel. The staircase is dirty and needs swept. The hotel has a musty smell. My sheets might have been washed but there are stains from previous guests. Glad I'm only here for one night

Was one of my worst experiences in La Quinta hotels to start I reserve 3 double bed rooms like 3 days in advance when we get there they give us one room with a single double bed but only one bed when we ask they say they run out of double bed rooms at the end they give us the room we reserve but anyway that the idea when you make a reservation to get what you reserve also the hotel smells like **** on the hallway on the 3rd floor when my kids are on the bed we found a cockroach crawling in the wall it’s a couple of other things I can name but all I can say is my worst experience

cant speak for the property because my reservation was cancelled when I reached to property and they were not able to provide replacement or not even ready to listen to my concerns.

Not worth staying
This picture are so misleading and the room need to be upgraded. Water stained ceiling the shower look like it had not been clean the ac leaked in to the room will not be staying again

we read all the reviews and the pictures were not current. We got into our room and there was standing water in the shower along with hairs. The lampshade was dangling, and the phone didn’t work. That didn’t matter because the buttons were missing anyway. I found this out because I tried to call to see how to work the television. I had to go down to the lobby and ask and then when I got back up to my room, I still couldn’t figure it out. The wallpaper was peeling off and the baseboards were exposed. The front desk girl was very sweet when we told her that we couldn’t stay there because it was so gross. She was fairly compassionate and told us how we had to go through ******* to get our money back. We are still waiting on that…
