I was happy to return to this Quality Inn Shelburne to find that it is well managed in the staff for very happy and pleasant to be around. front desk operators Justice and Drahcir were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room and property is very clean, organized and safe. The breakfast has a lot of options and it is a full breakfast. The pool and the hot tub area very clean. Perfect temperature and a nice option on a cold winter day. The only thing I would say there should be assigned to watch your step upon entering the pool area but other than that, this property is a perfect stay, especially for the price point and accessible to all points of interest. Few minute drive to Vermont teddy bear factory and Shelburne museum.

Worst hotel/ motel experience in my life. Don’t even waste your time with this nasty place. Claims rooms are non-smoking but smelt like every room was hot boxed all night with cigarettes. I say every room because I had to request to change rooms 4 times. Each time a room smelt just as bad with a different type of odor. I didn’t want to have to get up and leave at 9pm to find another hotel, but I had my 2 year old son with me and I didn’t want him exposed to that environment. Wall paper peeling off the walls, shower had mold, water stains all across the top of the ceiling, a bunch of dust in the vents. Holes in the baseboard in the walls in the hallways, where I say insects crawling in and out of. Used new pictures from the renovated byline, but the put me in the old building with the older rooms. Then when I requested a refund for falsely advertising certain rooms, they said it’s against their policy. Do not bring your family to this place.
The only good in that nasty building was the front desk lady on the night shift. Very accommodating, never gave an attitude when I asked to change my room. She was a sweet woman.

This is a motel. Rooms ipen towards outside, in Fall and Winter how can someone use the pool or hot tub and not get sick when coming out in the cold to get to your room?
The Wi-fi doesn’t work. It disconnects after a minute. I do not recommend this place if you stay thre during cold seasons.

Room was dirty, room service cleaned the room despite leaving hanger on the door, tub faucet was partially broken making showering difficult.

这家酒店的条件如此,价格却非常昂贵。房间光线昏暗,地板感觉快要裂开了,枕头也很糟糕。另外,我住在前台隔壁的房间:早上6点之前就会有噪音,晚上每次有客人来,噪音都会响好几次。不过,早餐不错。
