Room was pretty big for a double queen bedroom. Room was clean enough. Overall nice and comfortable stay.

Very clean place to stay! The heat in the room worked great. Shampoo provided in the shower with good water pressure. The only complaint we had was the breakfast didn’t have any protein, just waffles and cereal. Over great stay!

Great hotel-shame on *******! This property was great and the staff were amazing! ******* lost my reservation and never confirmed it with Sleep Inn. Sleep Inn set me up with a room anyway and gave me a better price! Derrick went out of his way to help us out.

前台那位女士听我抱怨膝盖和髋关节不舒服，看着我戴上护膝等了一会儿，然后收了我的房费，给了我三楼的房卡，接着告诉我电梯坏了……真是荒谬！我宁愿住别的酒店！早餐只有华夫饼或麦片，泳池又小又怪，连个浴缸都没有，就算有我也不想为了泡澡走三层楼梯。这是我第一次也是最后一次入住这家连锁酒店👎

我们入住的是带按摩浴缸的豪华套房。房间干净、凉爽又舒适。按摩浴缸非常棒，水温很热，让人彻底放松。制冰机里冰块充足，而且很容易找到，非常方便。前台员工热情周到，完美展现了“南方人的热情好客”。

电梯坏了，我带着7岁的女儿，推着小车和冰桶回房间。拿到3楼房间的钥匙后才知道电梯坏了。只好推着小车和冰桶爬楼梯到3楼。
