Changed my room 3×s,1st room stunk, Second had roaches. Ice machine was broke elevator very scary and shaky., So ended up having to resort to using the stairs to the third floor, which was the last room given was., Never had any towels and washcloths Was told I would be brought them after they dried them ended up going to ask for them again and was told they were already all given out. the only thing good about this hotel was it was a walk across the street to the stadium. They were supposed to ask the manager for some type of refund and that still hasn’t happened

AC took a day to cool off the room. There's no ice machine or vending machines. Yet there are signs for them. Cleaning staff tried to get into our room while we were sleeping. They only knocked and used their key. Staff wanted to charge us $100 for parking. Even though we stayed 3 days. 2 towels for 4 people. We had to ask for toilet paper and they only gave us 1 roll. Not too happy with our stay.

The elevators were digusting, the hallways smelled and the room smelled moldy. Roomsvwere clean hiwever extremely outdated. They also tried to charge 100 to park for Sunday
