Wrong side of the room, therefore we could not sleep as it was facing the noisy freeway and it had a high beam light facing the window all night long. We could not close the heavy curtains as each side was for decoration and sheers in middle.

I called to tell them I would be late checking in. They said okay. I arrived a little after 1 am and there was a sign that said we will be back soon. I waited till close to 2 am finally the guy came out of one of the room’s downstairs to check me in

Our 1st room had mold on the ceiling. When I called customer service the lady was rude and ending up handing up on me before I finished what I was saying. Our 2nd room was better but definitely not what I expected.

Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Breakfast was okay.

Clean room and breakfast had a good selection of warm and cold: eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pancakes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juice, muffins, toast, bagels, coffee.
Well lit parking lot.
The one downside is that it's close to the freeway so you can hear a bit of traffic at night.
The pool area was a tad small, but still nice. The hot tub wasn't extremely hot and only a few jets worked, but was still good.

At check in the staff said my room number twice in front of another guest - I was uncomfortable but thankfully it was a very short stay.

Everything was nice, comfortable front desk guy excellent, BUT breakfast needs lost of improvement, and staff very lazy and her clothes and the dinning room, very super duty, for the price we pay, it needs to improve. I think I will give another chance see if this comments really make a difference.
