The room was very basic and the floor was terrible we had to put the corner table over a certain area because when you walked over it you can feel the dent and boards that they put down for whatever reason. The cleaning lady in the breakfast area was extremely rude.

Coffee was out of service in the lobby the entire 5 days I stayed. Staff was not helpful, breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were very rude. The exercise room was untouched, not cleaned, and was not air conditioned. WIFI is terrible in entire building. I couldn’t do any work during my stay, I would definitely not stay here again while in Nashville.

We paid for an early check-in. When we got there, the toilet in our room didn’t work. It was plugged. The phone in the room didn’t work. And the air conditioner was blowing cold and then warm air.

Bad stay
Our toilet was clogged and there wasn’t anyone to fix it. The desk clerk wanted to give me a plunger to fix it myself and bring it back to him. That’s gross and unsanitary. I paid for comfort and didn’t receive it. There was another lady having the same issue at the same time. They only had one plunger. The room service didn’t come the whole stay and the WiFi didn’t work.

It was very loud. Floors were soaked in the halls from the pool. Our check in staff was not helpful and rude. The morning staff was awesome! The ac dripped all night and the fan wouldn’t stay on.

Room was extremely warm the 1 night I stayed here. The room was dirty as well.
班车只往返机场，不去其他地方，所以除非你有车，否则只能叫外卖，或者愿意在没有行人道的路上走15到20分钟。如果你赶飞机或者需要在凌晨四点到达，那你肯定到不了，因为班车要到4点20才开始运营，尽管电话那头的人一开始说班车4点就来，这也是我选择这家酒店的主要原因。其实有很多更便宜的、没有班车的酒店可以选择。另外，提前入住还要额外收费20美元，如果是11点之前入住，费用更是高达50美元。
酒店有往返机场的班车，很棒。早上我们准备出发的时候，发现行李箱附近爬着一只一英寸长的肥蟑螂。我们退房的时候，楼上有人抱怨说房间里有好几只蟑螂。我从来没有这么快就离开过一家酒店。
