It was clean, however when we checked in at 5:30, we advised the front desk that the AC wasn’t working. No one ever came. When we got back, we advised the front desk again. He did what he could but ultimately, we were stuck with no AC. It was probably 75-90 degrees in the room. Also the tv didn’t work.

We showed up at 4pm for check in. There was a really bad smell in the room, and liquid on the ground that looked like pet urine. Definitely smelled like urine/pet in the room. When I went to let the front desk know they said they were fully booked and could give me a refund. I asked to have the room cleaned and they said the staff was gone for the day. When I asked if she could call the staff, she said she couldn't and asked what I wanted her to do. I asked to be moved to another room and she said she couldn't because they were fully booked. When I said "Move us to a clean room while you figure out how to clean that room for another guest" they acted like that was a difficult concept.
Won't be back. Dirty. Not well staffed.

Was just passing through. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast could of had more verity. Room was clean bed slept great.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but the property felt like it was not well kept up with. Lots of cracks in the walls, smell of smoke in the room, the shower had no walls and the head pointed straight out so water went everywhere. Just as a whole, our stay was less than comfortable but it worked for a last minute booking.

I stayed here twice in the last week, very nice and liked the area. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff knocking on my door 2-3 hours before my checkout time waking me up, and I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. Check out time is 11am, should not disturb your guests before that.

Short uber ride from the airport. Room was clean and cozy. Walkable to shops/restaurants in West Nashville. Would stay again.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was pleasant however, my room TV did not work and reported it to front desk. They said it would be replaced next day.
next day it still was not replaced. reported it again and receptionist said they'd call maintenance. It was never replaced during my stay

Very clean with recent remodeling. Convenient access to Vanderbilt. There is a nice pool but we seem to visit off season. Air conditioning works great. My 18 year old and I went walking after dark. Saw several police cruisers in the area. We felt very safe. Eating places within walking distance. This is our third stay.
