Check in was a bit slow - we checked in @ peack time & only 1 person working & she was in the middle of finishing up something on the computer. She DID acknowledge us & apologized for the wait. 1 queen bed mattress was too soft in the middle. Bedding had stains, so we put towels on bed to sleep. Freezer was too iced over to utilize. Too tired to call front desk.

I emailed the manager and never had back regarding my email. There was a roach in the bathroom and our toilet would not flush.

The room was in good condition except that the bed felt like itchy. Not sure if it is because it is a pet friendly hotel and people sleep with the dogs on the beds, but that was the only down side. Other than that, staff was friendly.

It was clean, however when we checked in at 5:30, we advised the front desk that the AC wasn’t working. No one ever came. When we got back, we advised the front desk again. He did what he could but ultimately, we were stuck with no AC. It was probably 75-90 degrees in the room. Also the tv didn’t work.

We showed up at 4pm for check in. There was a really bad smell in the room, and liquid on the ground that looked like pet urine. Definitely smelled like urine/pet in the room. When I went to let the front desk know they said they were fully booked and could give me a refund. I asked to have the room cleaned and they said the staff was gone for the day. When I asked if she could call the staff, she said she couldn't and asked what I wanted her to do. I asked to be moved to another room and she said she couldn't because they were fully booked. When I said "Move us to a clean room while you figure out how to clean that room for another guest" they acted like that was a difficult concept.
Won't be back. Dirty. Not well staffed.
