staff professional and friendly especially since google navigate was not very helpful to many persons who were checking in and were sent on a long about confusing route. I ignored the navigate since I have visited Santa Fe and could find the Holiday Inn. The Holiday is hidden behind a mattress store. The night auditor did a wonderful job of calming frustrated travelers.

Antero was very kind re-assigning us another room on the 3rd floor due to the one on the 1st floor was too noisy. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. He recommended some restaurants and places to go and we really appreciate that. My only complaints are the jets of the Jacuzzi were out of service and the breakfast didn't have milk, chocolate milk or variety of juices, only water, coffee and pomegranate and mango juice but some of us would prefer milk ir chocolate milk, also no cream cheese and the lady didn't refill what was needed.I guess next time will be going somewhere else.

We arrived a couple of hours early than expected and were allowed to check in after a brief wait. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, inviting and quiet. The buffet breakfast was more than what we expected and had a variety of options. Fresh brewed coffee was available at all times. We will return to this hotel when we travel to Santa Fe again.

This hotel is a good option for visiting Downtown Santa Fe. It is about 4 miles from the downtown with simple access and also easily accessible to Route 25. The railyard and several good restaurants are conveniently located between the hotel and downtown.
It is a very clean and new property and the room was well appointed, good size, decorated nicely and comfortable. The coffee available in the lobby was very good and in the afternoon they had freshly baked cookies. The only problem was the second day we were there there were several young girls sitting in the lounge/lobby and it appears they ate most of the cookies. This was no big deal but my wife wanted a sweet treat and when I bought a small twixt candy I was charged $3.50 which l believe was excessive. We will surely stay here again for our next visit.
