Perfect location - castle, cathedral, museum and shops within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in room always a plus! Carpark to the rear also a bonus. En suite shower room adequate, (plenty of hot water and good shower pressure), but a bit tired, and loo flush woefully poor. But it's an old and quirky building so........ Breakfast OK. Had 2 evening meals, very tasty and plenty of veg.

We loved the relaxed beautiful interior of the Inn.
The staff were so kind, friendly polite.
I would like to thank a Caroline who asked the kitchen to put 2 Sunday rost aside for us and as she left at the end of her shift on reception came into the sitting to tell us she had made sure we would have a rosy dinner that evening

入住手续办理得很顺利。房间里有风扇（在这样潮湿的夜晚简直是救星）。晚上喝完了房间里提供的水后，他们又提供了更多的瓶装水。这真是太棒了。
优点：
非常热情好客 / 提供了额外的服务 / 整体服务态度友好
缺点：
房间里没有迷你冰箱（我经常会带零食和饮料）。
我把退房时间从上午11点延长到了下午1点，多花了25英镑。
早餐每人12.50英镑，但我们选择不吃，因为我们去了街对面的一家意大利餐厅（份量很足）。
很棒的酒店，地理位置也很好。在酒店餐厅吃了晚餐，食物和服务都非常出色。不过，对于一家高档餐厅来说，服务人员的着装应该是标准的黑色制服，而不是T恤、打底裤和运动鞋！早餐还可以，但份量有点小，而且早餐入座时的接待方式有待改进，不应该只问房号，至少说声“早上好”会更好。
虽然酒店位置优越，但设施却很差。这么大的酒店，酒吧却只能容纳寥寥几对情侣，其他房间都空着。“舒适小室”空无一人，毫无氛围，餐厅也让人感觉很不舒服。我们只好去别的地方吃饭喝酒。酒店还收取每晚7.5英镑的停车费，这是为什么？所有停在那儿的车都是付钱入住的啊。
这家美丽的旅馆就位于阿伦德尔中心地带。非常安静——公共区域也很棒。
地方不错，位置也很好，但是没有网络和手机信号（O2）。问题出在一个月前路由器被雷击烧毁。其他商家修好了他们的路由器，我们不得不去他们那里才能用上网络。
有点遗憾……
虽然前台接待员说她感冒了，但我并不认为这是她态度恶劣的理由。从办理入住时，明明预订信息上写的是我的名字，她却视而不见，直接问我的伴侣要车牌号，今天早上还用“我的天哪！”来跟我打招呼。
房间很舒服，但是浴缸的塞子坏了，水放不出来。早上6点40分就有人打扫卫生了。
酒店位置非常中心，交通也很便利。我建议，如果员工身体不舒服，就应该待在家里，免得我们来打扰他们！
