Solo travel here for my birthday week. My room was not ready until 5pm. I waited a whole hour to be check in. I was kindly told to sit and wait. I booked an ocean view, my room was more of a garden view with a partial view of the ocean. Which I did not book. If I went to the corner of the balcony I could see the ocean. Front desk was not helpful at all. The food was awful and very expensive. The food selection was very limited at this place. I will not be visiting the Marriot again.

Great facility with very kind staff. This was the perfect place for me and my wife to honeymoon. The walk to the beach from our room was less than 60 seconds. The pools were always clean and open 24/7. We had excellent food at each of the dining options, which were a bit pricey but expectedly so. It’s not all-inclusive, but your stay here will still be more affordable than many other places.

The facility was excellent, but in need of an official space for a spa. Nice pools and restaurant choices. Experience presented one disappointing situation of staff 'over promising and not delivering'. Requested a room upgrade to ocean front from our ocean view. Although lulled to believe it would occur the next day, no one followed up. When we inquired late in the day about the potential upgrade, we got serious attitude, up to and including the manager. Room to improve, but would revisit.

The property was great even though I booked a limited view, the view of the ocean was still amazing. I have to say that the staff were beyond amazing and helpful. This hotel is family friendly and great for those traveling with small children. I suggest bringing water shoes for the beach as it is rocky. My only complaint is the bed was too firm.

定的一线海景房，淡季价格很合适，双床房可以睡四个人，房间很大，推开落地窗就是沙滩和海。个人感觉最好是定一线海景房，不然啥也看不到。酒店里有四个餐厅，收费比外面价格略高，味道还行。酒店规模不是特别大，只有两个游泳池，我们去的时候人不多，很舒服。服务都挺好的，有人给开车门。酒店不在市中心，最好租车，不然很难打到车，停车场很大很好停车。很小众的岛屿，值得一来。
在库拉索万豪酒店度过了美妙的时光！已经好几年没住这里了，这次的翻修让我惊喜不已。房间宽敞、干净整洁。泳池很棒，有适合孩子们玩耍的浅水区。员工们都非常出色，乐于助人。下次肯定还会再来这里住。

改进建议：我们去了酒店的三家餐厅，食物相当不错。价格有点高，你可能会觉得食物应该达到标准，但事实并非如此。我们在市中心吃到了更美味、更令人惊喜的美食，而且价格便宜得多（例如 Viva Pasta、The Capitan 和 BRGR Haus）。他们也提供汉堡、意面和牛排，就像酒店餐厅一样。但它们的菜品更好，也更便宜。
