Sticky drink rings on the nightstand table, hair on the toilet seat, and what I hope is dried toothpaste in the sink. Otherwise it’s quiet despite being right next to the airport, the room was big, and the beds appeared clean which is what I needed. Was only here for a place to sleep for a few hours.

The stay at the hotel was good, we had no issues. My only issue is I was charged twice and we only stayed one night. I called the hotel to have this corrected and the operations manager was rude and not helpful at all, she basically made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will be going higher up with Hilton Corporate to get this corrected.

We had to travel to Tucson quite quickly due to the unexpected passing of my brother. We stayed at the Sparks for about five days, which served as a gathering place for our family to come together and make arrangements for the funeral services.

The staff at the Sparks was amazing and understood our situation; they were incredibly kind to us. I plan to stay at the Sparks again in the future because I had such a comfortable and stress-free experience. The pool was lovely, and my family truly enjoyed it.
