There are very few restaurants available to eat every night. And the food was horrible. But on top of all that, the worst thing was the service. Everybody had a frown on their face and looked like they didn’t want to be there. I would never book this hotel again.

The rooms need to be upgraded asap. Very outdated. Staff is very friendly and helpful but the room was disappointing.

All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly!!! The hotel and food was nice but the hotel could use some upgrades.

I booked an ocean front room and when I arrived at the resort I was told that room is not available due to a “system glitch”. So I waited hours for another room and was given a double bed room with no ocean view and the AC did not work. I saw another couple there complaining about how the AC does not work also.
The food there is sub-par and drinks were barely ok. I only stayed one night and demanded a refund and went somewhere else to stay.

The room didn’t have air conditioning. Then when I when to front desk, they had an attitude and told me don’t you have a fan. It was 89 degrees outside. The room was old and it wasn’t a suite. We were moved to zoetry. Then I spoke to other guest and they didn’t have air conditioning either.
