I stayed at Ginger Jaipur with my wife and child for two nights, choosing the hotel based on past positive experiences with the Ginger brand and favourable reviews. Unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations. The location is convenient, but that was the only positive. There was no luggage assistance on arrival, and the reception on the third floor was inconvenient. At check-in, no information was provided about hotel facilities or services. The room was poorly maintained, with cleanliness issues and a damp smell. Tea cups were stained, and basic amenities like spoons were missing. The bathroom condition was unacceptable, with worn towels, mould, a non-functional exhaust initially, and a faulty drainage system that caused water to collect on the floor throughout the stay. Requests for room change or re-cleaning were not handled well, and follow-ups were poor. Although housekeeping eventually cleaned the room properly, the bathroom drainage issue remained unresolved. The restaurant is small and understaffed, with limited food options. Room service and breakfast service lacked basic attention to detail, and overall food quality was below average. Considering the service, maintenance, and pricing, the stay did not offer value for money. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Ginger Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and peaceful. A special appreciation for Soumya, the Restaurant Supervisor. He was exceptionally polite, attentive, and always ensured that guests were well taken care of. His professionalism, warm behavior, and commitment to service truly stood out. The dining experience felt smooth and enjoyable because of his efforts. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Thank you, Ginger Hotel, and especially Soumya, for the excellent hospitality!
