The room was clean and the person at the front desk was helpful. When we first arrived to our room there was a strong smell like someone had vomited in the room. We called the front desk and he came up and gave key cards for a different room.

Old and sup-par for comfort.
Room was extremely warm, with little help from the old A/C unit. The A/C unit was very loud and did not work well. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The window was unlocked, not safe for a 1st floor room. The toilet seat was broken and falling off.

A decent property, perfect for a one night stay for a reasonable price considering the Newport location. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean, comfortable.

clean, great beds and bathroom with excellent cotton towels, quiet, excellent staff. easy parking, close to downtown Newport, great price...like you open windows for fresh air

Bed was horrible. sank in the middle so you felt like you slept folded in half. A mouse or several mice had a picnic with our snacks. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. Wished I had taken pictures of what the bed looked like with a person on it and all that was chewed by the mice.
