The premises could do with some improved maintenance. Some unfinished repairs in the hallway. Our room water drains were running slow, some of the lights were not working. Brought to attention to the desk attendant, and said here was a card and we can complain to the manager directly. However, on a good point the room was tidy and was quiet.

Rooms were dirty, stains on couches, shower curtains, and blankets. Halls smelled terrible, staff didn’t care. Bath tubs , towels and wash clothes looked like they were not clean, a LOT of mold on bottom of shower curtain, breakfast was disgusting and the servers clothes looked DIRTY LIKE THEY NEVER WASHED THEIR UNIFORMS. Overall TERRIBLE STAY. Disgusting!!!!

3 nights and it was over $600 to stay. At check in staff wasn’t sure about reservation. Room was minimally cleaned with no tissues or toilet paper. In fact it was never serviced during our stay! When we asked front desk, they gave us a roll of toilet paper that came from the hallway bathroom, and could not fit the roller in our room. Hallways were dirty. Upon checkout, staff was not able to tell me what I owed/paid for the stay… no receipt given. We will never come back. I strongly discourage anyone else from staying there. Bar was open but had a very minimal stock of food, as much was apparently spent/exhausted. People were more interested in karaoke than serving us. Ugh.

My reserved room wasn't available upon arrival, staff didn't seem to care. I was able to get another room unlike a person behind me. Got into my room and there was a used washcloth hanging in the shower, and no shampoo. Soap dish on the sink wasn't cleaned. Restaurant staff weren't attentive but the food was very good.

They didn't have our room. Stated overbooked. Staff was not empathetic at all. They were very indifferent about our situation and stated "not their fault they were booked".

This hotel was nasty. The place was run down and old. Nothing works and most things were dirty. There was a paint spill in the hallway before I arrived and they simply put towels in the floor to cover it. Those towels were not removed at all. There was one woman covering the breakfast and she couldn't keep up with the demand. I asked the front desk boy for towels, he responded with.."let me see if we have any cleans one". The parking lot was completely dark, allowing for some shady business. I was sitting in my car with my son and the cops asked me "if everything was ok". I guess the cops are used to shady business. I will not recommend this dirty hotel and never stay here again.

The staff was rude and condescending, there were no outside lights at the entrance which is stairs from the building to the parking lot, the room was right by the busy freeway and a mile from the nearest outdoor entrance, the property was run down and smelled musty
