This property served its purpose for my visit however, it was not clean. Mold in the shower and we saw a couple tiny roaches in the kitchen. The staff was polite and the grounds were kept clean. The surrounding area was convenient and we felt safe. Most of the guests are travel construction crews so the parking lot was full of trucks every evening. 10 minute drive to Ft. Jackson.

This was the worst Candlewood Suites we've ever stayed. The linens in the King Suite were literally molding, particularly the pillow cases. The bathroom was not clean and the provided bath soap was empty with the normally locked wall mount barely hanging on.

The front desk did provide some mew linens, but claimed was washing so it would be at least an hour, so we went without.

The next morning, went to make coffee in kitchenette and was met by roach on table top

I came here for my husbands basic training graduation and although the room being absolutely gorgeous, the room had roaches. The pool was freezing cold and it was dirty. The water was very murky. The rooms are gorgeous and staff was pleasant but the roaches and pool upkeep ruined the stay

That it was quiet and easy to park. I didn’t like the fact that I posted for a double queen room I and I was given a king room and told because I booked late they only had that one left and that was a lie I booked months in advance and they were trying to take the payment way before I was suppose to check in at 11 am and I wasn’t suppose to check in at 4pm and I feel like they were not very helpful at all and still has not refunded my deposit….

Mixed Experience – Friendly Staff but Poor Room Cleanliness

The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, which was a great first impression. However, the cleanliness of the room itself was disappointing. Unfortunately, the issues made for a less-than-relaxing stay.
