Our reservation was upgraded due to someone staying longer than expected. I greatly appreciated how the staff accommodated the situation.

This property is in need of a good cleaning and upgrade. The front desk first sent us to a dirty room. When we finally got a room there was a huge black stain on the carpet, the room was very smelly, the paint is coming off the wall around the vents in the bathroom, the fan did not work probably because it was so clogged with dust. We will not choose to stay on a comfort in anytime in the near future. If you are looking for a place to stay in Fairfield, Utah, skip this place and save your money.

We were only there for a night. Nonetheless, the place had wonderful customer service. We would return to this location again.

They need to upgrade their computer system. Waited ten minutes to check in because "the computer is running really slow today"

The comfort of the bed was a5 star, which is unusual! However… the stains on the sheets were a bit alarming and unexpected. They did fix it but it shouldn’t have even been an issue..
The noise was obnoxious with kids running up and down the hall, and walls are thin!
It would’ve been nice if the free breakfast started at 8 and went till 10 or even 11.
That being said, I would stay again!
Front desk folks were very courteous

The woman at the front desk appeared to be in a bad mood during check-in. She was very unfriendly. She gave us a room on the ground floor across from the hotel's laundry room and near the elevators. At 7am, 2 of the hotel's staff were having a loud conversation over the noise of the laundry machines with the door open. I had to ask them to close the door because my wife was trying to sleep. We have stayed their 3 times before but had room further away from the lobby. Next time I will make sure that we are further away.

Outside, no lights on the parking lot, no lights on the hotel signs. Very unsafe

Very nice staff and convenient location. While the fitness room is limited the nearby river walk offers great walking and jogging alternatives. Lovely to see the falls and seek another coffee before stepping back into the car.
