To clarify, your reservation was for three separate rooms under two different names, not one large room with three individual spaces. At the time of check-in, our team explained this and also mentioned that none of our properties offer a single unit containing three separate rooms.Because our property was fully booked, we arranged for your party to stay at our sister hotel, which is less than a mile away and offers rooms of equal or greater quality. We truly understand how any unexpected change can be upsetting, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused.Since lodging was provided and your group did stay the night at the other property, a refund will not be issued.
