Tv did not work. Went down told staff. She came up and messed with it for a few minutes. Still couldn’t get it to work said she would call maintenance guy and ask him but wasn’t sure if he’d respond since it was 8pm. She said she’d let me know. I waited an hour and no call. Went down and asked what was going on with tv. She said he didn’t call back. Didn’t offer for a room change or anything. Didn’t give a crap that my tv didn’t work. I leave tv on to drown out the noise from other rooms. Which I could hear other rooms tvs. Walls are pretty thin. Didn’t get much sleep over the noise and aggravation. Also the semis engine breaking all hours of the night could be heard, very loud.

The breakfast eggs tasted water down anf had no taste. Coffee had. No taste
Bedroom and hallway smell too much like perfrumenor clorox.
Carpet is very worn down and need a renovation

This hotel is a little bit out of town. It was clean, but dated. It wasn’t a problem but just FYI there is not an elevator. It has a good pool but no hot tub.

We've always had excellent stays at Qualify Inn. The room was clean and well appointed. The hot breakfast was excellent. The service was great. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Room too old. Smells bad. Dingy, musty looking and not fresh. Allergies got really bad meaning too dusty! So happy to leave this property! Wish we did not book 2 nights. Ugh! Never again!
I pay that much for a way better room elsewhere!!! ******* not clear with this property has no elevator. We are ADA. Could not cancel. I’m very Leary with booking or accuracy of Expedia’s ad. Not good! Very disappointing! B

Very pleased with service at front desk, room clean but bathroom smelled like mold so we kept the door closed add much as possible
Staff friendly except cleaning lady couldn’t speak English needed clean towel she couldn’t understand, that was frustrating. Breakfast was so do not the best. But ok
Parking was good.

You get what you pay for but for what I paid, this property was better than I expected. The furniture was a little run down and the lamps didn't match but those are small concerns. Everything was clean, the room was large and comfortable with everything I needed including a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

没有电梯，不得不把所有东西都搬到楼上，工作人员没有提供帮助，即使我询问电梯，他们也说没有。我问一楼是否有房间，结果没有。整个酒店到处都是空气清新剂或法布里泽，味道很浓，就像在掩盖另一种气味一样。起初电视坏了。找了好几个工作人员才让电视正常运转，但运转起来后还是很难操作。淋浴很快就有热水，但水压很弱，用来洗头发真是糟透了。早餐选择有限，主要是华夫饼、鸡蛋或面包。空调是我见过的最响的，开着开着让我整晚都睡不着。床很舒服，但总的来说，不值这个价。我应该开着房车住在展览会场地参加我们的活动。
