Pool is not heated as stated on line. Linens were old. I would pay a little more to stay at a different hotel.

At first glance the room appeared to be fine.
I crawled in bed for the night, but kept feeling bites all over. I flipped back the covers, only to find lots of flea-sized bugs on the sheets and pillows. The management tried to give me another room, but I would not stay in that hotel one more minute! I had to take Benedryl to calm all the itching and left to find a clean hotel to stay in for the rest of the night. The next morning we contacted the manager, and he assured us he had already refunded the price of the room through *******.

yes the room was clean and comfortable. some of the furniture was well worn and should be replaced.

Carpet, curtains worn out. Wallpaper taped up on the wall with masking tape. At least the room was clean.

upon arrival we were informed the pool and gym where closed due to a sprinkler system misfunction. the clerk was clearly overwhelmed. Guests were asking for full refunds, the door to room 203 looked like someone had broken into it and it took several attempts to get a key to work. The carpets inside the room were badly stained. I have stayed at this location a few times. it has always been well maintained. Not sure what happened this time.

Absolutely Disgusting and Scam
If 0 was an option that is what they would receive. We arrived on 9/4. Our first room smelled of ****. It was so strong my daughter was getting a headache. We asked for a second room, this one smelled of mildew and the pull out bed was broken. While I went downstairs to discuss my husband saw 2 roaches in the room. The third room luckily didnt smell but the bed was broken.. At this point I was quite frustrated but tried to keep my cool. The gentleman told me he had one more room available and went to check the pull out bed. It worked and he left it open for me. Once I saw the bed I said absolutely not and asked for a refund. He offered me the refund and we left and booked another hotel. It has now been 2 weeks. I was told I would get my refund last Monday, as of today I did not receive it and reached out. I was told they forgot and would complete it now. Well my card was charged again! I reached out and they said that was the "process" so charge me again and then refund me that amount, but the original amount never refunded... I contacted my credit union and they agreed that this seemed like they were scamming me and immediately got involved. They have the excuse that they are remodeling, but it was just so nasty. I paid 60 dollars more for two nights and when to the Holiday inn down the street and it was well worth it.
