离地铁站1公里,2人以上可以选择打车去地铁站,因为公交车坐2站和打车费用几乎一样,离机场比较近。房间还不错

我独自在这家酒店度过了几天美好的时光。这已经不是我第一次来了,但我真的很喜欢这里,所以不得不再次回来。
房间在7楼,但电梯只能到6楼。7楼的房间非常闷,不通风。不过,住一晚的话,也还凑合。
这个价格能住到这样的酒店真的很棒。早餐还不错,房间也非常干净整洁。我们要求有浴缸,他们也帮我们找到了这样的房间。唯一的问题是门外人们说话和关门的声音有点大,但这也没办法。
这次连住,周末由于房型没有标间只能定俱乐部房间,俱乐部房间和标间区别不大,有沙发办公桌,中规中矩吧。
这酒店十年前可能算四星级,但现在肯定不是了。
我们预订了两晚的行政房。酒店官网上说行政房有行政酒廊使用权、浴袍、拖鞋和更大的房间,所以我们觉得多花点钱是值得的。大错特错!根本没有酒廊,没有浴袍,没有拖鞋,什么额外的都没有,而且听说疫情后就一直这样了。当我让前台解释行政房的优势时,他们说只是大了一平方米而已。
入住几个小时后,我们房间的电路跳闸了,前台也搞不定,只好给我们换房,安排了一间豪华房。当我们问他们是否会为降级补偿时,他们直接说不会。我们被告知可以找经理,但当时并没有经理当班(我非常怀疑这是谎话,这么大的酒店怎么会没有值班经理呢?)。
我们换的新房间更小,令人大失所望。它小了很多,没有桌椅可供休息,地毯上还有一个大洞,非常容易绊倒。不过也不是一无是处,从酒店背面六楼看出去的景色很棒,可以看到伦敦天际线和飞机飞往希思罗机场降落。淋浴很棒,洗浴用品也很好,但毛巾是我在酒店见过的最廉价的(我经常旅行)。WiFi信号够强,可以用亚马逊电视棒看流媒体。
我们订的包含早餐。真希望我们没订。食物质量不好。猪肉香肠肯定是用他们能找到的最便宜、肉含量最低的。炒鸡蛋还不错,但我要煎蛋时,他们说不提供。如果早餐是5英镑,那还行,但12英镑简直是抢钱。咖啡也糟糕得令人震惊。速溶咖啡,没有卡布奇诺之类的选择。此外,这是我第一次看到酒店在早餐时段播放GB News,这确实让我感到惊讶,是个奇特的选项。
酒店的公共区域很脏。走廊看起来几周都没吸尘了。楼梯也很脏。
除了前台一位年轻女士人很好,帮我找回了落在第一个房间的太阳镜外,其他员工的客户服务技能都有待提高。很明显,他们不指望回头客。
步行大约10分钟就能到去希思罗机场的地铁站。
总而言之,机场附近有比这好得多的酒店,除非其他酒店都满了,否则我不会推荐这家。这家酒店刚建成时应该很不错,但显然现在的管理层不愿意花钱维持标准。
酒店就在希思罗机场附近,机场租车店打车过来10多分钟的样子,十几块大洋…酒店距说周边是中东聚集区,难怪在酒店附近的餐厅吃饭时,没太多选择,只有啤酒屋…
这卫生也太差了吧。
我一进房间就惊呆了,酒店提供的瓶装水竟然是别人开过的。
地理位置还行,走到最近的车站大概15分钟。
位置很棒,虽然遇到了一些小问题,但友善又乐于助人的员工很快就解决了。
