Staff was friendly. Carpet in the hall had paint stains and drywall from a previous renovation. Would have preferred a couch vs a desk for sitting. Room had been repainted at some point with poor edging. Laminate floors were poor quality. Overall, it was quiet with a comfortable bed and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in need of updates and renovations. We have stayed at several HI and expect more from the quality of hotel. Carpets were worn the floors in the room were uneven
The staff was super helpful and very nice and the rooms were clean.

I thought this hotel would be much nicer but it’s about the quality of a motel. My first room didn’t have any hot water and then my second room had a tv stuck on a single channel in Spanish without a working remote and they did not have a maintenance person to fix it. They offered to change my room again but I didn’t want to have to deal with anymore disappointment after a long drive

Avoid this Property at All Costs!!!!!
I don't know how this property stays afloat in its condition and the complete lack of care given by the staff. Holiday Inn should be totally embarrassed to have their name on this one. It is filthy - from the outside to the stained carpet on the second floor. The toilet fill tube doesn't work, so you have to lift the tank lid and manually jiggle the float so that the toilet tank refills for the next flush. The shower water is hot initially, but then goes cold and stays cold. Then, to top it all off, on a Sunday afternoon and into the night I thought there was a family above us bouncing a golf ball on their floor constantly. I finally went up to the third floor and found a re-carpeting crew removing the old carpeting and using a hammer and chisel to remove stubborn glued down carpet. Fortunately, I speak Spanish so I was able to determine that they would finish in about an hour (9:30pm) and then quiet down. I went to the front desk and told them about all of the above and the response was literally - and I quote - "I can't do anything about that!"

The air conditioning was so loud we couldn’t sleep. When we tried to call to get it fixed the phone didn’t work. When we checked out the next morning and explained to the staff member what happened all she said was sorry. The outside building in appearance was very good, inside was falling apart.
