It’s an average hotel. I booked last minute and there weren’t many options available, so for the price it was a decent choice if you’re not looking for anything fancy.
My room was clean and smelled good, although I did hear other guests complain about theirs.
The breakfast is not worth it, and some of the repairs around the hallways, carpets, and common areas look poorly done.
It’s fine for a one- or two-night stay, but I don’t think I would stay here again

The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel room was not clean, very dusty including the floors. The hallway floor was dusty and the furniture was visibly dusty with stains on it. The entrance and lobby of hotel was dirty as well. am allergic to dust and unfortunately I did not sleep well even trying to tidy up a bit myself. The Housekeeper was very nice and friendly when I needed something. To her defense, that is a big hotel and if they only have 1 person clean that floor, that could explain things. you need 2 people to a floor of a large hotel. I used to work in a hotel myself, a 5 star hotel. If they just clean it up it would be a great place to stay, i loved the location.

When having breakfast the server was wearing slippers and using bare hands while refilling the slice bread station.no hair nets on the cooks was observed. We they came out to refill the station. Very concerning.

Property was a DUMP. The first room I was given had MOLD on the ceiling over the bed also in the shower area(I have photos). I went to the front desk and asked for a room change. I then asked the for a room close to the elevator, my right leg was amputated and I was given the farthest room away. The new room given was no better, NO HOT water in the shower. Also there was what appeared to be BLOOD on the bathroom door handle. NOTHING WAS DONE when reported to front desk. First room 409 second room 533. Another fun fact, when checking out I asked for a receipt to show no additional charges to my CC the woman at desk stated word for word. YOU DON'T GET A RECEIPT WHEN YOU BOOK WITH THIRD PARTY, YOU WANT ONE CALL THEM .... Again I have pictures on the two room, this place was DISGUSTING .........
我们抵达时，房间并未完全准备好。广告中提及的冰箱被从原位拉出，门开着，放在一条毛巾上，正在收集漏出的水，看起来已经漏了一段时间了。虽然Mint团队对这个问题反应迅速，清理了水渍并把冰箱放回原位，也重新插上了电源，但在我们入住的过去三天里，冰箱又开始漏水了。房间感觉很潮湿，可能是湿度太高了。
