The room was okay. There was a piece of breakfast sausage on the floor when we got into the room. Very outdated hotel in general. The breakfast was not very impressive.

Our bathtub had an actual dirt ring around the inside. The tub had a used nasal breather patch stuck on the wall. They had 4 gallon box of sulfuric acid in the public hallway. Worst hotel experience ever for me.

Service was very lacking. Had to call and wait for someone to come to the front desk. Gave us a room and key, went to tye room, opened the door, someone was in bed and said hello. Took us to another room, our key didnt work. Bathroom was very small and dirty. Overall.... noy a good experience

Staff not very friendly, asked for 3 towels only gave me one after going to pool. Breakfast limited selection. Coffee not in the breakfast area. No crib available as is stated when selecting a room.

Room wasn’t very clean, jacuzzi tub had a rusted jet and edge had to watch not to hit your shin on. Shower had hair in it. Pile of dirt behind bathroom door. Thankfully bed was at least clean

The internet was slow. The shower had visible mold. The wall to the room was falling apart. The counter to the sink in the bathroom was falling apart. The hot tub tile had been painted and that was peeling off onto our skin and into the water.
The "do not disturb " sign was ignored and both mornings we were disturbed by housekeeping. The first day was at 11am and the next day at 8:40am! The second morning they also attempted to open the door!
The breakfast was complimentary but there was not much for a selection. Just milk to drink, no juice. The juice machine seemed to be set aside. Not even being used. There were eggs, sausage, cereal, bread, and yogurt. The waffle machine was available and working well.
The coffee bar was minimal with minimal options.
I woke up feeling unwell.
The sheets seemed to be clean.

No shampoo container. No stir sticks or hot cup lids. Terrible programing on TV. No Hallmark. Remote did not work well. Dining area was not clean. The juice machine was turned sideways and not working. Only one waffle maker for many people. No rolls, only white bread spread in the roll display. Only one person there manning the whole building when we arrived and also taking care of things in the morning, but a couple of guys came to try to unlock the pool door. The pool was not available. The clerk at the desk had said some kids had locked it from the inside and they were not able to open it. Why was there no key in the facility that would open the door to the pool? Fan in the bathroom was very loud.

There were wet towels in the restroom beforehand and the air conditioner did not work as promised. The pillow cases were yellow stained. Pillow quality sucks as well - very flat and flimsy..

Place was ok, but after paying through *******, was instantly billed again at check in. Had to get that removed. Then another bill after checkout, which again I had to take care of. In short, place was ok but the 2 bogus charges were not appreciated.
