The air conditioning unit was old and loud. Basic room, nothing fancy. Noisy halwways even though my room 204 was far from the elevator. TV is limited. Coffee was horrible, never hot and the regular brew was watery. Good customer service as far as the people, especially Sandra. This location is perfect for those on a tight budget, who only want grab and go items to munch on for breakfast, and nothing fancy.

Hotel Manager has no compassion
Could not make the reservation due to a death in the family on the day I was due to arrive at the hotel. Hotel canceled my reservation (understandable), but the hotel got their money back being sold out every night. Now they won’t give my money back due to unforeseen circumstances.

Remodel of the property very good! AC was extremely noisy and could hear anyone walking above us! Very good service! Breakfast was extremely misleading when we were looking to book! Showed hot breakfast! Obviously not the case!

It was newly remodeled.
I did not not receive the 2 queen bed room I reserved. The room had one queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. Not comfortable for 4 adults. They said that was not what was booked through *******, even though I could show them my reservation through *******. Not helpful, did not really care, or try to fix the situation.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. We were able to check in early. There is not enough parking. We were not provided checkout and breakfast times at check in.

The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast had limited options. The room was ok, it wasn’t until leaving that we realized that the mattresses were disgusting and stained underneath. If we would have saw the extent of the stains earlier we definitely would have requested a new room. The cleanliness of this hotel needs to be addressed and improved.
